**Who this is for:** the person who receives, checks and coordinates models from several disciplines.

Check every exchange the same way, turn requirements into IDS, run clashes without waiting for a license, and keep naming and the BEP alive.

## Start with these (in this order)
1. IFC model QA: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/ifc-model-qa/SKILL.md
2. Requirements to IDS: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/client-requirements-to-ids.md
3. Check before exchange: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/ifc-model-check-before-exchange.md
4. Clashes: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/ifc-clash-check/SKILL.md
5. Revit via MCP: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/revit-mcp-official.md then https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/revit-documentation-qa/SKILL.md
6. BEP: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/bep-from-eir.md

## Leave these running
- Friday model QA: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/weekly-model-qa.md
- Monday clash trend: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/clash-trend-weekly.md
- Thursday naming audit: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/cde-naming-audit.md

## A typical week with an agent
- Monday: clash trend -> coordination agenda (ICE format).
- Midweek: IDS results to each discipline with how to fix.
- Friday: QA of the latest exchange and deliver / do-not-deliver note.

## Never let the agent
- Modify a design model without the author's approval.
- Report a pass when a specification applied to 0 elements.
- Invent a requirement that is not in the EIR or BEP.
