**Who this is for:** the person who runs Last Planner, pull sessions, takt and improvement on a project.

Less transcription, better metrics and faster learning: walls digitised, PPC/TA/TMR every week, takt scenarios in minutes, A3s and CBA records kept.

## Leave these running
- Wednesday make-ready: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/make-ready-health.md
- Friday PPC: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/weekly-ppc.md

## A typical week with an agent
- After each pull session: wall -> phase schedule + constraint log the same day.
- Wednesday: metrics and agenda; Thursday: weekly plan meeting.
- Monthly: one A3 or one value stream on the worst recurring problem.

## Never let the agent
- Make or change a promise on behalf of a trade.
- Use PPC to rank crews.
- Score importance in a CBA for the team.
