**Who this is for:** owners and developers who want their projects managed by objectives and handed over with usable data.

Objectives the team can measure every week (CIFE VDC), target value design against the business case, a maturity baseline, and an asset register at handover.

## Start with these (in this order)
1. Objectives to metrics: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/vdc-objectives-metrics.md
2. Maturity baseline: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/vdc-maturity-scorecard/SKILL.md
3. Target value: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/tvd-cluster-meeting.md
4. Requirements: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/client-requirements-to-ids.md
5. Handover data: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/ifc-asset-register/SKILL.md

## Leave these running
- VDC dashboard: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/vdc-metrics-weekly.md

## A typical week with an agent
- Weekly: 6-line VDC reading with metrics off target.
- Each estimate cycle: target vs estimate by cluster.
- At milestones: IDS results and asset data completeness.

## Never let the agent
- Set targets on behalf of the owner.
- Call a self-assessment an official VDC Scorecard result.
- Accept handover data without the missing-data list.
