**Who this is for:** the engineer on site day to day: crews, daily reports, constraints, quality and safety.

Daily reports from voice notes, a constraint log that runs itself, punch lists from walk notes, and safety analyses for the task of the day.

## Start with these (in this order)
1. Daily report: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/daily-site-report/SKILL.md
2. Make-ready and constraints: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/make-ready-constraints/SKILL.md
3. Job hazard analysis: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/jha-builder/SKILL.md
4. Punch list: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/punch-list-manager/SKILL.md
5. RFIs: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/rfi-writer/SKILL.md

## Leave these running
- Evening digest: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/daily-report-digest.md
- Wednesday make-ready check: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/make-ready-health.md
- Monday lookahead: https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/routines/monday-lookahead.md

## A typical week with an agent
- Every day: dictate the report, the agent formats and flags safety first.
- Wednesday: constraints due and incomplete tasks without reason, before the weekly plan.
- Before a risky task: JHA and toolbox talk.

## Never let the agent
- Write a reason for non-completion the crew did not give.
- Say a task is safe or sign a permit.
- Merge or estimate numbers in a daily report.
