- Revu's MCP needs a Bluebeam Max plan and Revu 21.9+ on desktop; Revu Offline, web and mobile do not support it.
- It is enabled in Revu > Preferences > Admin > MCP (choose the AI client).
- Only the ACTIVE PDF in the primary Revu window is accessible. Visual searches do not work; text search does. Flattened markups and scanned text without OCR are not readable.
- Prompts, extracted text and markup metadata go to the AI provider; linework does not.

2. Test 1: how many pages does the active PDF have and what are the page labels?
3. Test 2: list the markups (page, author, subject, comment, status, date) - only the count and the first 10 rows.
4. Build the review log: totals by author, status and layer/discipline; comments without status; possible duplicates at the same location; comments that need a designer decision (draft them as RFI questions).
5. Only if I approve a specific list: set review states in small batches and read them back.
