3. Pre-read for each participant: what to bring answered, model views to open.
4. Template for the live decision log (decision, owner, date, or why it stays open and what is missing) and a parking lot.
5. After the session (I will paste the notes): the published record, updates for our RFI/issue logs, and the metrics: decisions planned vs closed, questions carried over and their age, attendance of the needed people.

No status rounds: a topic without a decision goes to the parking lot. Record only decisions made by the person entitled to make them. Answer in my language.
