From a description, photo or clash, produce an RFI that asks one answerable question, cites the documents, proposes options and states the schedule impact.

The RFI must have:

3. ONE clear question that the designer can answer with a decision. If there are several questions, split them into separate RFIs.
4. Proposed options (1 to 3), each with its likely cost/time implication, marked as "contractor suggestion - pending designer decision".
5. Impact if not answered by the needed-by date.
6. Attachments list.
