A question-answering setup over your own PDFs that cites clause and page for every answer and says "not found" instead of improvising.

**Before you paste:** The contract, specifications or tender documents as PDFs.

Rules for every answer:
1. Cite the source: document name, section/clause number and page.
2. Quote the exact sentence(s) that support the answer, then explain in plain words.
