During a review window: reads the markups of the review PDF through Revu's MCP and reports progress by reviewer and status, comments without status and new comments since yesterday.

**Reads:** The review PDF open in Revu (Bluebeam Max, Revu MCP enabled).

## Paste this into your tool's scheduled tasks

Every day at 5:00 p.m. until [end date of the review]:
1. Make sure [path of the review PDF] is the active document in Revu (Revu MCP must be enabled). If Revu is closed or another document is active, say so and stop.
2. List the markups and compare with yesterday's export in [path]: new comments, status changes.
3. Report by reviewer and discipline: total comments, by status, comments without status, comments that ask a design question.
4. Save today's export with the date.
Send at most 8 lines to [destination]. Read-only: never change, flatten or delete markups.

## How to set it up
- **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Daily during the review window, 5:00 p.m.) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder).
- **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks.
- **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions.
- Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation.
