List files added or modified in the last 7 days in [shared folder path / register export path]. 2. Run the skill iso19650-naming-check with [path]/standard.json (and the status/revision columns if it is a register). 3. Report: names checked, % pass, failures by field, failures by originator. 4. Draft one message per originator with only their names to fix and the proposed correction when it is unambiguous. Send the summary to [information manager] and keep the drafts unsent. Never rename files. ``` ## How to set it up - **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Weekly, Thursday 4:00 p.m.) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder). - **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks. - **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions. - Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation. ## Related - [ISO 19650 naming check for files and registers](https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/iso19650-naming-check/SKILL.md) - [BIM execution plan (BEP) aligned with ISO 19650-2](https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/bep-builder/SKILL.md) --- AI Builder Academy · https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app · checked 2026-10-23 · Made by Lo que habitas (Julián Páez).
