Twice a week: pulls the project issues from Autodesk Platform Services, lists overdue and unassigned issues by company and status, and the trend since the last run.

**Reads:** Forma (ACC) issues of the project through the APS Issues API.

## Paste this into your tool's scheduled tasks

Every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00 a.m.:
1. With the skill aps-construction-data and the token in APS_TOKEN, export the issues of project [project id, without "b."] to [path]/issues_<date>.csv. Read-only.
2. Overdue issues (due date before today, not closed) by assigned company and status; unassigned issues; issues without due date.
3. Compare with the previous CSV in the same folder: new, closed, still overdue.
4. Write at most 10 lines with the numbers and the 5 oldest overdue issues.
Send to [destination]. If authentication fails, report the error in the first line and stop; never change an issue.

## How to set it up
- **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Tuesday and Thursday, 7:00 a.m.) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder).
- **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks.
- **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions.
- Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation.
