# Weekly model health check (Revit or IFC) > Routine (scheduled task) · Weekly, Thursday 6:00 p.m. · works in: Claude (scheduled tasks in Cowork, on the computer with Revit/IFC) · Codex (automations) · checked 2026-09-30 > ES: Chequeo semanal de salud del modelo (Revit o IFC) Every week: runs the model audit on the current Revit model or latest IFC export and reports what changed since last week. **Reads:** The Revit model through MCP, or the latest IFC in a folder · Last week's audit result. ## Paste this into your tool's scheduled tasks ```text Every Thursday at 6:00 p.m.: 1. Run the revit-model-audit skill on the open Revit model (or, if Revit is not available, open the newest .ifc in [folder] and compute element counts by class and storey). 2. Compare with last week's result saved in [path]: categories whose count changed by more than [5]%, new warnings, new zero categories, links that changed status. 3. Save this week's result next to last week's. 4. Send a 10-line summary to [destination]: what changed, what looks wrong, what to check. If the model cannot be reached, report that as the first line. Never estimate counts. ``` ## How to set it up - **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Weekly, Thursday 6:00 p.m.) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder). - **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks. - **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions. - Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation. ## Related - [Audit a Revit model through MCP before you trust it](https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/revit-model-audit.md) - [IFC quantity takeoff](https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/ifc-quantity-takeoff/SKILL.md) - [Revit model audit (via MCP)](https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/skills/revit-model-audit/SKILL.md) --- AI Builder Academy · https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app · checked 2026-09-30 · Made by Lo que habitas (Julián Páez).
