Every Monday before the site meeting: reads the lookahead and constraint log, flags what is late, and drafts the constraints to release this week.

2. List constraints whose "date needed" is within the next 14 days and are not released. Sort by date needed.
3. Flag constraints that are overdue (date needed already passed) in a separate list at the top.
4. For each, write one line: constraint, task it blocks, owner, days left.
5. Draft a 5-line message for the site meeting with the three most urgent releases.
