Every weekday morning: reads RFIs and submittals through the Procore API (read-only), lists overdue items and who has the ball in court, and drafts polite reminders.

2. List: RFIs past their due date (number, subject, ball in court, days overdue); submittals past their required date; items with no due date.
3. Group by ball in court and sort by days overdue.
4. Draft one short, polite reminder per responsible company with only their items (do not send them).

## How to set it up
- **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Daily, 7:15 a.m. (weekdays)) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder).
- **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks.
- **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions.
- Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation.
