Every morning: reads the RFI log, flags RFIs past their needed-by date and drafts polite follow-ups.

## Paste this into your tool's scheduled tasks

Every weekday at 8:00 a.m.:
1. Open the RFI log at [link or path].
2. List open RFIs whose needed-by date has passed or is within 3 days: number, subject, addressed to, days overdue, activity at risk.
3. For each overdue RFI, draft a two-sentence follow-up that states the activity at risk and the date it starts. Do not send anything; put the drafts in the summary.
Send the summary to [destination].

## How to set it up
- **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Daily, 8:00 a.m. (weekdays)) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder).
- **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks.
- **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions.
- Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation.
