Every Friday: updates the VDC dashboard (ICE, BIM and production metrics linked to project objectives) from the agreed sources and flags metrics off target.

## Paste this into your tool's scheduled tasks

1. Open the VDC dashboard [path]. For each metric, read this week's value from its source as written in the dashboard (e.g. ICE decision log, clash CSV, IDS report, weekly plan).
2. Add the week's values. A value whose source is missing stays empty with the note "source missing".
3. Mark metrics off target and the project objective each one serves.
4. Write 6 lines: what moved, what is off target, which controllable factor the team could adjust next week.
Send to [destination]. Never estimate a missing metric.

## How to set it up
- **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Weekly, Friday 5:00 p.m.) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder).
- **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks.
- **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions.
- Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation.
