Every Friday: finds the newest IFC in the exchange folder, runs model QA and IDS validation, compares with last week and sends a short deliver / do-not-deliver note.

1. In [path to the exchange folder], find the most recent .ifc per discipline (by modified date). List the files you found and their dates.
2. Use the skills ifc-model-qa and ifc-ids-validation (installed from aibuilderacademy.netlify.app; if missing, stop and say so). Run QA on each model and validate it against [path to the .ids].
3. Compare with last week's results stored in [path to the history folder]: new failures, fixed failures, specifications that applied to 0 elements.
4. Save this week's reports in the history folder with the date in the file name.
5. Write a note of at most 10 lines: per model, "deliver / deliver with notes / do not deliver" with the top 3 reasons.
Send it to [email / chat / document]. Never modify the IFC files. If a file cannot be opened, say so first.

## How to set it up
- **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Weekly, Friday 2:00 p.m.) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder).
- **ChatGPT:** ask it to "schedule this as a task" and paste the text, or use Tasks.
- **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions.
