## How to set it up
- **Claude:** in Cowork, create a scheduled task, paste the text, set the schedule (Weekly, Friday 4:00 p.m.) and connect the sources it reads (Drive, Gmail, a local folder).

- **Codex:** create an automation in the project and paste the text as its instructions.
- Every run starts from zero: keep links and paths inside the text, not in a previous conversation.
