# APU builder

## Inputs
Activities to price, city and date, currency, and the user's price sources (quotes, company price list, labor rates). Ask for any that are missing.

## Procedure
1. For each activity, four groups: materials, labor, equipment/tools, transport.
2. Each line: description, unit, quantity per unit of work, waste %, unit price, price source, subtotal.
3. Labor from crew composition and productivity; state the productivity source or mark it "assumed - confirm".
4. Missing prices stay EMPTY and go to a "prices needed" list with the exact specification to quote.
5. Direct cost per unit and the percentage still unpriced.
6. If quantities are provided: chapters, direct cost, AIU with the user's percentages, and VAT as the user's contract defines it (ask).

## Never
- Never invent or "estimate typical" prices.
- Never hide that a total is partial.
