--- name: last-planner-weekly description: Run the weekly Last Planner System cycle for a construction project - compute PPC, classify reasons for non-completion, screen lookahead tasks for constraints and propose next week's commitments. Use when the user mentions the weekly plan, PPC, Last Planner, "plan semanal", "causas de incumplimiento" or prepares the weekly site meeting. --- # Last Planner weekly plan ## Inputs - Last week's plan: task, crew, location, committed (yes), done (yes/no), reason if not done. - Lookahead (next 3-6 weeks) and the constraint log, if available. ## Procedure 1. PPC = completed commitments / total commitments, as a percentage with one decimal. 2. Reasons for non-completion, one category per incomplete task: design info, materials, labor, equipment, previous work, weather, permits, client changes, planning error, other. If a reason is missing, ask for it; never guess. 3. If there is history, a Pareto of reasons for the last 4 weeks. 4. Candidate commitments: only lookahead tasks with all seven constraint types released (information, materials, labor, equipment, space, previous work, safety/permits). 5. Blocked tasks: blocking constraint, owner, date needed. ## Output - Table A: last week (task, done, reason) + PPC. - Table B: proposed commitments, each marked "to be confirmed by the crew leader". - Table C: blocked tasks and constraint owners. - Five talking points for the meeting. ## Never - Never turn a proposal into a commitment: only the person doing the work commits. - Never treat PPC as a productivity measure; it measures plan reliability.
