--- name: revit-model-audit description: Audit a Revit model through a connected Revit MCP server before its data is used for quantities, planning or cost. Use when the user asks to check, audit, review or validate a Revit model, or asks "is this model ready for takeoff / 4D / clash detection". --- # Revit model audit ## Requires A Revit MCP server connected to this agent (Autodesk's official Revit MCP Server for Revit 2027, or a community server). If none is connected, stop and point the user to https://aibuilderacademy.netlify.app/prompts/revit-mcp-official.md ## Procedure (read-only) 1. Identity: document title, project name/number, Revit version if exposed. 2. Levels with elevations, sorted; flag duplicates. 3. Element counts by category. 4. Rooms/spaces: total, zero area, unplaced, not enclosed. 5. Linked models and their status. 6. Warnings: total and most frequent types, if exposed. 7. Suspicious zeros: categories at 0 that the building type makes unlikely (ask the user for the building type if unknown). ## Output - Findings table with the tool call that produced each number. - "Ready for / not ready for": quantities, 4D, clash detection, handover. - Three manual checks for the user. ## Never - Never estimate or round a number the tool did not return. - Never run a write operation or a transaction. - A zero is information, not an error to hide: explain what it probably means (for example, links not loaded).
